Kevan Hall was born in Detroit and attended Cass Technical Highschool. He studied fashion in California, and in 1982 him and his wife launched Kevan Hall Coutoure. By 1989 he was claimed one of America's most talented designers. Kevan has made dresses for people such as Katherine Heigl, Vanessa Williams, and Anne Hathaway.
