LaQuan Smith's hands work magic. A young designer with a heart for beautiful clothes wore his own designs at fashion shows or any event where he would be seen. He is only 21 years-old, and has already designed pieces for Lady Gaga, Amerie, and Amber Rose. You can also check out some pieces in Rihanna's new video "Rude Boy," which premieres this Thursday.
